I will introduce to you the ingredients I use to get my baby to sleep through the night. You will begin to see how the whole process works.

This will be your quick guide in making sure you are following the sleep system I have created which will lead to your baby sleeping through night.

Module 3: How to Build a Routine from the Hospital

It is much easier to build a routine than having to break one, so you want to establish your baby routine from the hospital.

Module 4: Practical Tips

I will give you some practical tips in getting your baby ready for bed, including the art of wrapping!

Module 5: 0-2 Weeks at Home

In this video, I will walk you through the routines you need to establish when you put your baby down for naps and night sleep.

Module 6: 2-6 Weeks

In this class, I will walk you through the cluster feeding process and you will see your baby begin to transition into sleeping longer stretches at night, between 5 to 6 hours.

Module 7: 6-8 Weeks

In this video, I will walk you through the process of how to begin to transition your baby into even longer night sleep.

Module 8: 8-12 Weeks

I will guide you through the nap routine and night routine that you are establishing to sustain a healthy sleep pattern as your baby continues to grow.
